to buy the argument here, you'd have to believe that Gordon would have
had to disqualify himself from any case with a female litigant, or in

How could he possibly think that his past censure should not be disclosed in this case or any case that he sits on as a neutral arbitrator. Lets hope Haworth does not seek review and that this poor women will eventually receive a fair trial.
