Tim Tebow turns down offer to play for Russian football team
MOSCOW, Sept. 21 () -- It looks like quarterback Tim Tebow won't be taking his talents to Red Square, the owner of a Russian football club said Saturday.Mikhail Zaltsman told Russia's R-Sport he offered the Heisman Trophy winner $1 million to play in two games with his Moscow Black Storm squad but Tebow declined the offer."Unfortunately agents of Tim Tebow turned down our proposal," Zaltsman said.
