Harrison Ford talks 'Ender's Game' at Comic-Con
SAN DIEGO, July 19 () -- Harrison Ford said at San Diego Comic-Con author Orson Scott Card's view on gay marriage had nothing to do with the film adaptation of his book "Ender's Game."Card joined the board of the National Organization for Marriage, which opposes same-sex unions, in 2009, but he recently said his opinion is "moot" after last month's Supreme Court ruling striking down a key part of the federal Defense of Marriage Act,The north face outlet store, CNN reported.Ford was asked about his feelings toward Card's stance on gay marriage while he was promoting the upcoming "Ender's Game" movie at Comic-Con, the popular book, film and television fan convention Thursday."I think none of Mr. Card's concerns regarding the issues of gay marriage are part of the thematics of this film," CNN quoted Ford as saying."He has written something that I think is of value to us all concerning moral responsibility. I think his views outside of those that we deal with in this film are not an issue for me to deal with and something I have really no opinion on," Ford said. "I am aware of his statements admitting that the question of gay marriage is a battle that he lost and he admits that he lost it. I think we all know that we've all won. That humanity has won. And I think that's the end of the story."
