It's incredibly easy to start a company; it's incredibly difficult to finish one successfully. If you're Google or Twitter or are funded by YC,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you can attract applicants based on the strength of the opportunity. If it fails,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], they get to put "Software Engineer at Company Nobody Has Heard Of" on their resume,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], while you at least have a founder title. They probably will learn fewer skills. But here you say you want someone who's not really interested in the money,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and you want them to take a passionate,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], active role in the startup. They know you're a startup. Imagining you are flat broke, desperately needing to make and sell cool stuff,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], might help.
