Experiencing pain on the arch of my foot
When it first come about, i didn't run for a week. I ran after that because I was feeling better and not going through any pain at all. about the, After 2 miles or so it started planning again.
It honestly depends on what's causing challenge. If it hurts for over a week,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Get it sorted out. If it disturbs your normal activities for more than a week, Get it checked out. seriously, There's so much that can go wrong in the foot with running that you can't really say what's going on without a proper evaluation. If it hangs around after another week off, Even as you ease back into training (choose 800m and bump up from there each day), Go see a physical therapist. They can evaluate when you've some foot pathology or its just an overuse injury. beyond this concept, They can treat everything it is.

How far and how often do you almost always run? how soon,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]? What shoes add together the time wear? Is it the tendons on the foot of your arch or the bones in the arch? How bad is it hurt,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]?
me,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I'd take an additional 5 days to a week, Then try the same test and stop as early as I felt it again.
I run 23 things a week; About 2 miles right in 10 minutes, Then I'll and walk and run once more. I'm employing Nike Lunarglides. The muscles hurt a lot right when I start feeling it, But goes away over a few days.
I've been running for months and this was the first time it happened. I kind of assumed I sprained it somehow it really is a one time thing.

That's pretty fast. Have you considered going a more sustainable pace for a long time? Not that I'm suggesting that that will make the pain. Like ruin said, Sounds like it would pf.
It would be exacerbated at a faster rate at that intensity, If it were plantar fasciitis, IMO.
OP, Take a could of days off. Come back and some walking, Then sprinting. walk 0.51mi slowly and increase the volume gradually. If you're running 34mi pain free at your slower pace, you are increase the intensity bit by bit.
