Chicago Bears fullback Evan Rodriguez charged with DUI

"We are currently gathering information to learn more about the circumstances surrounding the situation."Bears General Manager Phil Emery said after the March incident he was "disappointed" and Rodriguez was "re-educated on my expectation of a Chicago Bear on and off the field."Rodriguez, a fourth-pick out of Temple in the 2012 NFL draft, had transferred to Temple after he was charged with disorderly conduct charge in a 2009 incident in a dormitory at West Virginia.Rodriguez, 24, played in 12 games during his rookie season with the Bears.
