hello all I have a quick question Well this is my first child so i really dont know to much about when they crawl,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],the first tooth,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],etc. Anyways my son just turned 7-months and his feet turn out i asked the doctor but they keep telling me they will turn around but at what age do you buy there first walking shoes and he is a chunky kid so i wonder does the his weight have anything to do with his feet being turned out i just dont know but i met a lady the other day and her son had braces on his legs to help him walk and his feet were turned out the same way so p;ease help me understand. Thanks
I'm not sure about the feet turning out,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], DS didn't do that,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], he wasn't a real chubby baby though so idk if that could be a reason. But I bought DS his first shoes at around 9 months. Just for looks at the time though,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], he wasn't walking then. I would only put them on him when we were going out to eat,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], or to the store or something. Just 'cause they were so cute and they entertained him,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], he always tried to pull off the velcro lol.
I've heard though that when they're first learning to walk/getting the hang of it,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you should leave them barefoot as much as possible,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I guess it helps develop their arch. And I also heard (not 100% sure though) that the brand Teeny Toes [they sell 'em at Payless] is owned by Stride Rite,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but they are much cheaper. I got DS's pair for $14 I think it was.
