Otero County Clerk Robyn Holmes immediately thought of Denise Guerra to take over as chief deputy clerk after Mary Quintana accepted the position of New Mexico deputy secretary of state on Nov. If I don't know an answer to a question from a candidate or a voter, I will find it for them."She said she believes every American should take voting very seriously."I think people should get more involved in voting," Guerra said. "Voters should find out about the candidate running for that particular office. "It does not matter what party affiliation the person belongs to or group. Denise takes her time and works with the person until she is satisfied that person has got the information or answers that they needed from the county clerk's office."
