The 750m swim - an open water affair in the country park lake - is very safe and right next to the transition area,[url=http://duveticajacketsshopjp.gengfl.com/][b]ダウンジャケットメンズ[/b][/url], which is only 50m from the water's edge.
The bike ride - which at 24km is slightly longer than the 20km of most sprints - takes in the local scenery and involves nothing but left hand turns (an IWAC dream.) Despite a cheeky hill through Ballingry at the start and a climb back to the finish,[url=http://duveticajacketssalejp.albirank.net/][b]デュベティカダウンジャケット[/b][/url], the course is generally quite flat.
The 5km run is around the park and even boasts an aid station at halfway - race director Fiona Schaefer has thought of everything,[url=http://duveticajacketswomenjp.albirank.net/][b]ダウンジャケットduvetica[/b][/url].
I've got no real form to go on apart from my lacklustre 1hr19min effort at Stirling six weeks ago - added to the fact that Sunday's bike leg is 4km longer and I'll need to take-off my wetsuit and I'm not expecting a startling time,[url=http://discount2013duveticajackets.webmium.com/][b]デュベティカ専売店[/b][/url].
I'm also going to revisit the "bike-shoes already attached to the bike" method of speedy transitions which almost led to disaster in my first race,[url=http://discountduveticajackets.webmium.com/][b]デュベティカ激安[/b][/url].
While flying down the hill out of T1,[url=http://duveticadownjackets.halod.com/][b]デュベチカ専売店[/b][/url], I hit a speedbump at about 30mph with one hand on the tri-bars and the other in the back loop of my right shoe - not to be recommended when you're a full on IWAC.
