BIKE riders have complained that parts of the cycleway next to the bus track is going to be "unusable" because of waterlogging,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
He explained: "The cycle and walking track is an extremely definite bonus stemming from the busway project,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. In the few weeks because it was finally topped with compacted limestone it has become increasingly popular with cyclists and walkers and it is potentially an excellent facility,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
"Unfortunately the rain last week has accumulated to make the track impassable in a number of places where the track has been made up to and including much lower level than that of the busway,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
"A week following the rain this is still the problem in the section between your lakes and St Ives,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. It might be a great shame if the track became unusable during the winter season,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]."
