style Shoes, shoes and boots, pumps! With patricia Cairns
Attending so many fashion shows at the moment and eagerly awaiting the release of the new SATC movie has got us thinking about SHOES! i am known to create an outfit from the feet up myself so this issue we thought we'd get Heather's view on what's hot is shoeworld this year!
Style that are standing out on the runways this year are listed below, keep your eye on these styles as you will find cheaper versions in the high street stores in the same shapes!
Burberry mid calf military-style buckle boots (my favourite!)
Balenciaga s stacked court shoe
Prada entire shoe collection from the season. They were able to bring back the toe (Which I don think I seen for a decade!)
Proenza Schouler are the only builders who made the cork/wooden sole day shoe look cool.
Chanel did a smooth knee length three tone boot
Lanvin shoes were pure pointed decorative touches. One pair was an asymmetrically cut ankle boot with specific toe!
Rodate shoes were brilliant. Designed by Nicholas Kirkwood they were dubbed a Mess using four different materials to make the one killer heel,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]!
signal! One trend that stood out for all the wrong reasons was the return of the clog very hard to pull off and not elegant you have been warned!
but, we're not able to always wear heels (and yet, you're confident,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], i try!), Which attire look best with flats and which with heels? Or is it a little more about occasion? or simply both?
I think flats with the most appropriate outfit can be worn any time, Although heels always do make your firm stand out. However heels can also make or ruin a dress-up costume in a second. Heels need to be put into day heelsand evening heels. Don wear heels with stick thin stilettos and/or diamantes through the day go for a stacked heel in a classic colour. Wittner, Sportsgirl, Peep Toe have a fabulous range of shoes that work well in the daytime and the night. It's people people strappy, Glitzy, Glamourous shoes that will only be worn when the sun goes down. by contrast boots are as great investment they usually work day or night.
When purchasing new pair of skyscraper stilettos what should we look for in terms of cut, Style and leading quality?
Always utilize leather,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. I vacation with cheaper items with my clothes but always go for quality with my footwear. If you buy cheap shoes you could be buying them again in six months time. If you buy leather and look after them you'll experience them for years. I go for a vintage black pump. They will go with most jobs. They have a killer heel but are not hard to walk in as your foot is encased in the shoe as opposed to being strapped in. As a second pair I buy established nude heels. These will always make your legs look longer. And as a third pair I buy a fabulous pair of black boots with an average size heel for day wear with a bit of attitude!
Which shoes do we perhaps have at the back of our closets that we should really just throw out (Ie they are over and not ever bothering you again!)
Please dismiss Crocs! And any cheap plastic-type materil, Diamante boots and shoes! These will never sell you as a student style and elegance!

not long ago i have been running lots of castings In the castings I noticed some really beautiful girls,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. But when they had to walk I could tell that they hadn practiced walking in their shoes and they weren walking smoothly and with full confidence,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]! You are definitely gonna impress the panel in castings if you have practiced walking in your shoes beforehand.
