LOS ANGELES, Aug. 4 () -- Black Flag guitarist Greg Ginn is suing his former band mates for touring under the U.S. band's name and logo,[url=http://www.fbrecs.com/]jimmy choo outlet[/url], which he says his label owns exclusively.Ginn is touring separately this year from his former punk band mates, Keith Morris, Dez Cadena,[url=http://www.dtvtk3.com/]jimmy choo shoes sale[/url], Chuck Dukowski and Bill Stevenson, though both bands are using the Black Flag logo, The Hollywood Reporter said Saturday. Ginn's band is called Black Flag and the second group is just called Flag.In the lawsuit, filed Friday, Ginn said his label, SST Records exclusively owns the rights to the punk band's logo and name, including the Flag variant.The alleged infringement of the logo and name is "a colorable imitation" that's "likely to cause confusion, mistake or deception among customers,[url=http://www.yubikeys.net/]true religion outlet[/url]," the lawsuit says.The lawsuit also names former Black Flag member Henry Rollins,[url=http://www.fbrecs.com/]Jimmy Choo Sale[/url], who has a radio show on KCRW, a column in LA Weekly and a role on FX's "Sons of Anarchy." The reason Rollins is included in the lawsuit was not reported.
