Post hollister uk Was Shakespeare a Fraud - The Establ
Its funny whenever there is a controversial film that comes out, the reaction of the "establishment" and others of a typically conservative nature tend to [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] react emotionally to the film without actually thinking about the actual ramifications of what they are doing. By reacting against a film, they actually finish up promoting it to further success, leading to more and more people being exposed to the underlying message of the film. Just take such historic examples as The Exorcist, Last Tango In Paris and Basic Instinct to mention just a few - all these had massive protests and what was the end result - the media lapped it up - the films got additional promotion, more people went to see them and ultimately better [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] box office results were seen. The media love controversy - it sells newspapers, so the more people protest the more coverage it gets. Its not rocket science but we see this behaviour repeated over and over again.
So how about the new [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] film Anonymous, the Elizabethan drama with the strap line Was Shakespeare a fraud? If there is no reaction from "the Establishment" [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] then everyone would go on doing what they do day to day every day, the film [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] gets [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] launched people go and see it and the usual word of mouth or perhaps word of mouse kicks in as it goes slightly viral. Bring into the mix, the protests [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] and people query [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] what's this film about and if its not too controversial they go and see it. The cafe latte debate takes off and the word of mouse is on caffeinic steroids. As soon as the reaction is emotional - saying Shakespeare is our greatest export, he is part [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] of our [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] English DNA - it is front page news and with the internet being so pervasive and [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] ready for hot news right now it spreads virally - like a cancer. Just see the press coverage the film has received - Columbia and Sony couldn't ask for more. So what action actually happened when the film Anonymous opened last week [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] in the UK with the theme?
Covered 9 road signs
Covered up [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] 16 pub signs
Even hired [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] reverse message - that they don't like Shakespeare - this is what happens when communication is mis-interpreted by Jo public - just look at the blog posts and comments frequently saying they thought names being "blacked out" meant they did not support Shakespeare. It also actually plays well and truly into the hands of the filmmaker who they are trying to de-bunk. It actually promotes the movie further as it stimulates debate - which all good art should be capable of doing.
